We start with our amazing Chocolate Gravy blend and then store the roasted coffee in an award winning Rye Whisky Barrel from Rush Creek Distilling in Harvard Illinois for three months. We remove the coffee and let it rest for two weeks. The coffee has been infused at that point with them most unique flavor. There is no alcohol in this product, only the aroma of award winning Rye Whisky. Â
